Personal Fitness Training

For those members who need a personal fitness regime for the duration of their stay in the UK or maybe just need a boost in their existing regime, we are able to provide them with a personal trainer.
Your trainer will create a plan of action based on your specific goals, devise a program that is interesting and appealing and track and log progress. For longer term programs, this regime is refreshed every 4 to 6 weeks for greater results and to keep appeal.
All our fitness trainers are not only qualified but have great personalities that makes training fun and not just a series of exercises.
