Delivering your message effectivelyOur dedicated corporate events division is a one stop event shop that specialises in creating bespoke events for our corporate clients reflecting the required brand values, company messages, impact, style and function. Corporate events we have delivered in the past include meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, road shows, AGMs, receptions, launches, award ceremonies, incentive events, celebrations, business entertainment, dinners, lunches and charitable functions.
Caxton Manor’s corporate event specialists with decades of experience in the industry know how important it is to get your event right. We work with in full collaboration with our clients, taking an in-depth brief of all requirements and then deliver a full proposal of how we would design, logistically run, manage and deliver all the required elements to your timescale and budget. Every client is allocated their own personal, dedicated Project Manager throughout the process who will, upon the request of the client, manage the event details such as up to the hour attendee numbers, schedule times, budget figures, venue logistics or post event evaluations.
Caxton Manor also has its own in-house online event management system which can either be managed by the Caxton Manor team, directly by the client or built to specification for the client as a permanent event online event management solution.
Should our clients require full event creation and management or event consultancy on just a selection of elements of their project, we work with discretion, the highest confidentiality and professionalism which has allowed us to solidify our client relationships and retain their business, year on year.
