Grant has over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and Events industry throughout both the UK and Europe.His career started in Hotel Management for Trust House Forte and has held the position of General Manager for several privately owned hotels in Cornwall and the North West of England; all with a strong reputation for quality of food and service.
