Elle has had a plethora of events experience in the UK and Europe during her 11 years working in the industry. Elle often takes the lead on the creative of Caxton Manor Events with her full and rich event repertoire, specialising in bespoke events that excite and inspire. Prior to joining Caxton Manor, Elle was Head of Events for organisations in both the Music Industry and the Sport Industry. In addition to this she has also worked as a Senior Conference Producer within the publishing industry.
