We wouldn’t expect any less from Diane Von Furstenberg, really. Last week, she unveiled her new DIANE perfume in Paris with a release date of early October this year. We were under the impression that DVF was enjoying some R&R in Paris and looking fabulous at it too; then she let the world in on her secret on her website, she was launching DIANE after a 2 year creative and development process in collaboration with Chantal Roos and Aurélien Guichard. The fragrance, which combines light frangipani blossoms with violet and mossy wood scents, has been described by DVF as 'classique' with an aim to redefine what a real perfume is about ‘memory and addiction’. Drawing inspiration from the true power of a woman, if there is anyone with the ability to bottle this, it is the powerful and elegant Diane Von Furstenberg.
